Hebrews

«   Chapter 8   »

1
This is a summary of our words: We have a high intercessor like this, seated in the heavens at the right hand of the throne of Allah Al-Azim.
2
He is a servant in the holy matters in the haram of Allah, the tent of worship that was set up by Rabb Al-Alamin, not by people.
3
The work of every chief habr consists of presenting qarabin and sacrifices, so as an intercessor, he also must present something.
4
If Al-Masih were on the earth, he would not have the opportunity to be a habr at all, because there are ahbar who present offerings according to what the sharia specifies.
5
Their service is a symbol and a shadow of what is in the heavens, as Allah warned Musa before he made the tent of worship, saying: "Be careful to make everything according to the stipulations of the model that I showed you on the Tur."
6
But Isa has been given a greater service than that, since he is the mediator of a better covenant built on better promises.
7
If the first covenant had been perfect, there would have been no place for a second covenant.
8
Allah spoke of the omissions of the people when he said: "Allah has spoken truly: The days will come when I will contract a new covenant with Bani Yahuda and the rest of Bani Israil.
9
It will not be like the covenant I made with their first fathers on the day I took them by the hand and brought them out of the land of Egypt, since them out of the land of Egypt, since they did not follow my covenant, so I ignored them. Allah has spoken truly.
10
This is the covenant that I will make with Bani Israil after those days. Allah has truly spoken. I will put my sharia in their consciences and inscribe it on their hearts. I will be their Rabb and they will be my umma.
11
No one will teach his neighbor or brother, saying: Get to know Rabb Al-Alamin, because from the young to the old, they all will know me.
12
This is because I will be forgiving and merciful to their guilt, and pardoning and lenient of their sins."
13
When Allah said, "A new covenant," he has made the first covenant old and annulled. Everything that is fading and getting old is ready to disappear.
